Add A Container Above The Shoutbox with auto scroll bar

Add a new container with auto scroll bar
For content above the shoutbox

Useful for adding rules - Links - Banners etc!
Just add your content between the center tags
When adding content remember to add <br> after each line of text


You Must Have The Shoutbox Enabled - If You Disable The Shoutbox
For Any Reason You Wont See The Container above the shoutbox

Go - Admin - Themes - Layout Templates - Shoutbox


At the very top of the shoutbox template
Add all the code below
