I look for a forum, only when I am not already one one like it, I wonder it as a guest and if I like how it looks and how people act on it, by all means I will give it a go.

Yes, I often come here to look for forums to join, and have even posted in the "looking for". There have been many times I have joined a forum due to either an answer to a looking for, or just my own browsing.

It's the best place to look for forums! Most admins avert here and I have joined a number coz of this. I have to say that if you share threads on Facebook, your likely to get more members!

I primarily use search engines and word-of-virtual-mouth to find forums I'd like to join, but for the most part I am not active on more than one or two forums at a time, and thus don't often look for new places. I mainly use ProBoards support to promote my own forum and to critique others, and while I do often click through the boards advertised here, I don't think I have ever joined one.

No, no I don't join forums that I have seen on here. The forums that I have joined I've found on other forums.

Always come here to find forums, and have been doing so for the last nine years I rarely even look at ad boards on other forums, they get too cluttered. I've also come here for help my my own forums.

All of the best forums I've found were from Proboards Support. If it weren't for this board I wouldn't have found them and made all of the connections I have.

I have never done it cause managing my own forum takes a lot of time. Though, if a forum is pretty good, I will join it.
