What about the styling? I only have height and width on the <div> that has the class name.

You can add styling to all <div> elememts by using 'div { styling here }' in your CSS. Have you got that anywhere in your headers/footers?

I got it to work. I moved all my images and codes for the otms into the <header> tags and it worked. Thank you for your help!
