No-page tabbed table

I want a code where I could use a tabbed table much like the ones located here: www.sunsean.com/idTabs/ With a hover-open on the tabs. I'd like it to be easy to customize (for a beginner HTML coder with no knowledge of Java/jQuery), and also I want to put it in a new page where clicking on each tab does not have to redirect to a different page (like I've commonly seen on the interwebs)

Seems you could accomplish this with a bit of editing with the Dynamically Tabbed Table plugin but I could be wrong
