Dislike System & Companion

I've installed the dislike and dislike companion plugin, but I have unfortunately run into a problem.

At first the amount of dislikes is normal, but then it spikes up to 34 or 40 dislikes even if someone only received 7.

Okay so, I found out what was causing it. Apparently there is a glitch. I don't know if this is just for my forum but.

If you

Click the dislike button to dislike someones post,

Then click it again to undislike it.

And then double click to dislike it.

It will add an extra dislike.

Is there anyway as Admin to cheat the number of Dislikes either I or another member has?

Sounds daft I know but its become a badge of honor on our site.

The number of Dislikes is displayed on the public profile. Just want to increase mine as a joke.

I have added the codes in your first post and then went ahead and installed the Dislike System and then the companion.

However my mini profiles are now displaying like >>> Dislikes: Dislikes: 0

I cant see where its being duplicated myself but if you can take a look for me ?

Okay so I've added the codes for the Dislike & the Companion, I also added the code for the Like counter, everything seems to be okay except I can't seem to get the LIKES and the DISLIKES in the same size font or even next to each other.

I would also like to add a bit of colour to the font, either the word LIKE/DISLIKE or the actual totals.

Sorry but this coding is totally new to me but it can't be that difficult to pick up as I grew up in the 80s using Basic on the Commodores lol.
If only there was a place where I could visit to learn about coding!

Put this in your forums CSS.

This will change the text color along with the usernames of the likes and dislikes.

span[class^="dislikes"], span[class^="dislikes"] a {
color: red;
}
span.likes, span.likes a {
color: blue;
}

If you want the usernames to retain the default link color then use this instead.

span[class^="dislikes"] {
color: red;
}
span.likes {
color: blue;
}

Will not upload to my plugins. It just show's the blue bar loading. It never finishes? Can I get a different updated plugin? Whats the problem?

Check VenomPB for codes that change the Likes text
