Once you have installed and enabled the plugin you should see this in your profile page, under the 'Settings' tab...



Enter the full URLs of your smileys into the fields and click 'Set Changes'.

Once you have done that you should now see your personal smileys beneath the PB standard smileys in the posting page...



Have you got that far?

Yes. I think I know what is happening. Before I installed the pers. smilies, PB standard smileys in the posting page did not work. I get the PB standard smileys in my shout box though. Could that be the problem?

I get the DD smiiies in my QR with MY downloaded images.

With the "select smiley" and "view all smileys" on the right ... in my "quick reply box" and my "message reply" box .....

But I don't know how to go about getting it, lol

I have listed all my smileys with my plug-in .... and I have activated the plug-in, but I still don't have that, lol

Did you check the small white box where it says "Do you want it in your QR"?

Have you tried disabling your shoutbox to see if that rectifies the problem? If it does, then we know what to look at.

I see you mentioned the standard smileys.. There is nothing I can do about them, unfortunately, unless my plugin is stopping them from working.

Hi Sassy, I see you are using version 1.9.94.. Could you please try the latest version (2.1.2) and see if that works.

If you still have issues it would be better for you to either start a new thread, or post in the support thread, the link is mentioned in the plugin itself. This is to keep problems with plugins together, making it easier for others to to try and find remedies, rather than clumping several plugins together.

I had the problem with the PB standard smileys before the download of the personal smilies.. I tried removing the SB but the problem is still there.  Is there anything else that can be done?

As the problem is not associated with the plugin, you will have to post here, where one of the red peeps will be able to help you.
