Editing the ranks of a Theme

I know you can change rank images in a theme but can you change the rank numbers? what I mean is say I have something like the image below. Is it possible to change the rank numbers of a Theme as well as the images or are the Rank numbers the same throughout all Themes?

For example say I wanted to change the Tool Gatherer number to 20 instead of 50 in a different theme.

Member Ranks are forum based (i.e. the same ranks will apply for the entire forum). You can't change this on a per theme base.
