Avatar in user online [RD]

I like some help with something I saw on other forum host (think maybe it was invisonfree) and guess would be possible here

In user online instead of username it’s a picture. I like same on my forum where its not username showing but users avatar in user currently online list.

I like it so I can click on the avatar and take you to the person profile and for the person user name to show on hover if possible. From trying myself i can get the avatar to show in the online list but not make it a link to there profile (:

I know Stinky666 has a premade Theme that has this feature in it, or at least I think so, perhaps that is what you saw? It's called I think Blue Ninja
