Now I live in California. It never snows and everyone's miserably commuting to their obligations 24/7. That's because you live in the WRONG part of California! My commute is 6 minutes, mwahahahahha.

I grew up in New England. I love winter. I may whine now and then about the weather, but more often when it rains or is too warm, not so much for snow

A freezing rain storm is on it's way into Toronto, oh pickles.
A little off topic: Yay someone from Ontario, Canada. On topic: that probably means I will get your left over storm sometime this week depending on where it's moving(in Sudbury).

Maine has activated its Emergency Management office this morning.
Here is southern New Hampshire, we're in a freezing rain advisory.

I'd love to live somewhere cold for half the year, the winter here is plenty warm enough for me, and now with summer it's normal for the temp to be between 30-45C

Wtf RedBassett? Are you around Amherst/Holyoke/Springfield? That's the area I grew up in. Also my uncle used to be the police chief of Boothbay Harbor in Maine. We might be the same person.

Maine has activated its Emergency Management office this morning. Here is southern New Hampshire, we're in a freezing rain advisory. I saw that one the news today. I hope things don't get too bad for you. But it is fairly normal weather for you for this time of the year, isn't it? We in Connecticut are going to hit nearly 70---yuck, 70 is for May - spring for the Northern Hemisphereians. Winter for the Southern Hemispherians right?

There's a layer of ice everywhere, my BIL has been out and salted so now it's breaking up. I actually seen my neighbor out with a ski pole to keep her from falling.

Don't really get why everyone comes to south Florida. I know for the warm weather but are beaches aren't that special . And there isn't much to do here. Wish I live in a state that was snowing now . Haven't seen snow since I was young .

I want more snow so badly I can almost taste it. Not the 3 feet in one lump like we got last year, but a nice 6-8 inches would do me just fine right about now.

I asked Santa for it to be 70 degrees for Christmas. He must have used Amazon's drone delivery because it got here a few days early.
