Hi!

Since we redid our ranking system some months ago, new members are met with annoying messages when they change forum pages. Every second time, it says that you have reached the rank of mayor (our lowest rank) and every second time, it says that you have reached the rank of 'blank', whatever that is, This continues until a member makes their first post, wherafter everything becomes normal.

Hopefully, someone is able to help us solve this issue, which can be further explored by creating a profile and moving around the forum.

BTW, I have tried to delete the plugin and reinstall it, but to no avail.

The "user colors" should appear in the profile unless you have some other CSS overriding it. can you link me to where it isnt getting colorized?

Wormopolis , also, I would like to move the RankWatch on the nav bar over to where the 'Top 5 Likes' link is in the Forum Info & Stats section that you can see here: link, and have all the members be able to see it. Can that be done? If so, the permissions are set to 'Staff' right now, but I'll set them to 'members/staff' so that the members can see it too if that can be done. On my test forum, I have the permissions set to 'everyone', but it still doesn't show for non-staff.

This works fine on my test forum but not at all on my real forum. I have no idea why. I copied everything from my test forum to my real forum.

This is precisely why we generally ask you to supply a forum URL when reporting issues; what may work fine on one forum may not work so well on another, and the forum URL allows the developer to inspect what might be the issue on that particular forum as well as warn of any problems she may have discovered while inspecting that forum.

Chris, the rank watch notification doesn't go away and I get this error msg box:

Plugin key length exceeded.
(Limit: 4000 bytes)

Error Code: 16
Key: wormo_rankwatch
Object Id: 1

I have two super keys and it doesn't look like they are both full.
