Spoke too soon. It is no longer unaligned for me, I use chrome, but my co-admin Sky uses safari and it's still broken for her. It's jutting out of the mini-profile and she says it is also showing up at the bottom of every tab in the mini-profile when she switches between them, which I just realized it is doing for me as well.

It's at the bottom if the profile itself because it doesn't have a target to hit. So it's not really at the bottom of each tab, but rather under the div with the tabs itself.

Oh, I was looking at the tab in the plugin and it said levelBar not levelBarHere so that's why I screwed up, my bad! It used to be levelBarhere and I changed it when I was trying to fix the width. Thank you!

you dont have any colors setup for the bars to be. you need to have start and end colors for each bar.

in your admin panel, under structure -> layout template

if you havent modified it already, it should be able to find the post count. did you actually fill out the plugin settings with levels?
