I was wondering if you could make a button next to an item that says "Use item", and that there's wether an admin log or a public log (if you can decide, is better), so if it is a public log, all other users could see when a user uses an item, so this player doesn't cheat and is more automatized for certain type of games.

In fact, if you can make that when a user uses an item, on certain items, when you use them, that you have to type something in a field text, for example, I'm making a Pokémon RPG, so they use a Pokeball, and a window pop ups requesting for a text, on top it says "Name the Pokémon you throwed the Pokeball", and I type Pikachu (for example)

And then, in the log, it's like this:

Image (optional) / Name of the item / Effect of the item / Other information / Date

Pokeball.png / Pokeball / It works to capture pokémon it you get 1-30 on the dice / This item was used on Pikachu / 18/11/2014

If you could do this, would be so useful for my game.

I've seen a forum hosting that also allows the creation of different items with useful characteristics, for example:
Some works to close certain posts, or open them, some other items you can make them work to change your color name or how it looks, some let you get a random item (it's called a Mystery Box), some give you money randomly from "x" quantity to "x" quantity, etc.

If you wanted me to explain you more about this if you consider could be useful for the system, I'll try to show you the systems.

In the most updated version of e shop there is a spot called history image url that you can change

Yeah, I don't spend the time to put things in the plugin library. I just have the .pbp file on the first page as a download link. I tried submitting it to the library twice, but they never put it in there and they never messaged me about it. So I said screw it.

This plugin does not sell you special features specifically.
This plugin allows you to purchase something from a seller.
It's solely up to the seller to provide whatever they are advertising.
If you as an admin have something special you want to award to members, then you would add it to the shop.
Then when the user buys it, you (on your own time) would give them that special feature.
Such as if the admin has the award plugin installed, the admin could sell custom awards in the shop.
When the user buys it, the admin would give that award to the user who bought it. (on his own time)
Or special themes, special privileges etc.
My plugin by no means provides special features natively.

Also do items in the shop sold to the user only appear on their profile and no item images show up in the mini profile?

This is not a virtual shop. Items in the shop sold to the user have No representation whatsoever. If lets say you sell an award, it's up to the person selling the award (an admin with priviledges) to give the user who bought the award manually. A notification will come up. If you are trying to sell virtual items such as apples and horses, you should use the monetary shop plugin.

This is to the base line of a virtual shop yes. However online retail this would not be good for. This basically works like Craig's list. You offer. Someone opts for the item. With the option of using Peters monetary system. This is by no means secure or connected to any bank cards. Something like that requires a real personal server. You can pay for such services through weebly and other site creators. EBay ends up taking around 13 percent off the top and Amazon takes 20 percent of each item.

It's useful for people who earn money posting and then they could use that to purchase something from another plugin. However the administrator would do that manually.

This doesn't work for me at all. I get the profile tab and then it's blank.

Edit: It's probably my theme because it's custom. I can call it manually.
