More or less, yes....

But not only users photos..... My forum is TV-oriented, so in order to customize it a bit, I actually was thinking to put a bunch of actors pics and some random pics, and also users photos, and then each user can spin it once (say per day or otherwise).

To make it easier, to explain: say, for example, I spin and get Brad Pitt and Angelina and an apple - two out of three make a couple, so I win and get a whatever easier to make prize and if I get Brad, apple and Meryl Streep - I don't win (because none of those three match).

Now I realize that (since I would want to change pics from time to time) it would be hard to assign prizes and to specify what is a 'win' in my case and what is 'not', unless there is a way to do that in the settings (like pairs of certain images is a win).

It does not cost to play and randomly selected users is also a fun option...
Does it use a key to keep track of who won what? - yes, but not necessarily, especially if it's too much work.
Can other users see and not play? - yes

Setting winning conditions seems problematic right now.
Any ideas on how the admin could put that in settings

Hmmmm... assign numbers to each picture? or rather pictures to numbers?

Have numbered fields in the settings (the usual ones, where you can put a link of a pic)

Say for example total of 5

1. insert pic link
2. insert pic link
3. insert pic link
4. insert pic link
5. insert pic link

and set that 1 and 5 will always be a win (I spin and get 1 3 5) - that's a win but combination 1 3 4 is not

And I as admin will upload pics accordingly....

Does that make any sense?

5 is just an example, it would be great to have 20 or at least 15 ....

This seems way too complicated for my current interests. I think most users would be confused on how the scoring goes.

The "Spin" button is on top of my "Insert 1 Token" button no matter what numbers I insert into the custom placement fields within the plugin. I did just get a new computer so maybe it's the size/resolution of my computer that's making it different? I haven't looked at this in probably a few years, though, so I don't know how it looked on my old computer, either, to compare. Using the latest Chrome browser. Feel free to fiddle in the plugin settings, you should still have admin permissions in there.

I can't get into build mode, but your spin button has the same top value as the coin, thus overlapping them.
So id="start" needs to have a top:550px
You can do that with css or build mode I believe.
