The game is five card stud...You get what you get and it uses an infinite number of decks.

I wonder if 5 aces is actually the best hand possible...LOL

No, it's not possible to get 5 aces, each players cards are chosen from a single, full, deck, so any single player will get 5 different cards pulled randomly from a full deck.

It is, however, possible for several players to end up with some of the same cards in their own hands, and theoretically possible for more than one person to have identical hands, though that is extreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeemely unlikely.
