I think you are talking about the "time of event" field.  That is only if you want a specific time associated with the event.  like  "Math Test 2:30PM"

It doesnt mean total hours event lasts.  Time was in there in case there were multiple events in the same day and it was important to have them listed chronologically in the info center.  If you leave the field blank, the event will still work

I installed this plugin on my forum yesterday and it seems to conflict with the Back to Top plugin. That plugin installs an arrow on the side of the forum that allows you to quickly return to the top of the page. When the calendar plugin in enabled, the arrow disappears. It makes no sense to my why this would happen, but I can replicate the problem just by enabling/disabling the Calendar Events plugin.

I just loaded calendar events and back to top on a test forum and both are working for me. do you have any special settings on back to top that arent default?

I restored it back to defaults and it still doesn't work.  My other plugins are:

what happens if you run back to top AFTER calendar events?

Yeah try moving back to top plugin to the top of your plugins list by using the arrows on the right on the manage plugin tab.

Yeah try moving back to top plugin to the top of your plugins list by using the arrows on the right on the manage plugin tab.

I think it needs to run after.  if somehow CE is changing that floating element, then adding the floating element AFTER will keep it safe

I dont have this functionality in yet, but I WAS able to finally get Ordinal Dates to work.  so now you can set up events like First Monday, Second Friday, Last Wednesday, etc...  If you want to do the things asked earlier where its always the first and third sunday, it would take setting up two events (Its just too bulky to do a setup with multiple patterns).  I only have it working on static events, so as soon as I get it working for key events I will release v1.4.0

Also would anyone find it beneficial to have a plugin for expansion of the static events?

I did that and it all is still working.  Changed the order up a couple of times and still seems solid.

I also installed the auto-embed plug-in and the same, all working.

It is pretty much down to the member gallery plug-in.
