I came across the issue a couple times via firefox on your forum but that was it. Install it and we'll try it together I guess

I just got on I have installed that now; I don't know how to make it compatible for other browsers I mostly use internet explorer.

It should work on all browsers. Albeit some browsers may not have spinning capability. And some may look better.

Thank you so much for these plug-ins. I have one question though that I can't seem to figure out. I'm attempting to add a Jackpot to the Prize Wheel, but can't figure out what it's asking for when it asks for a valid admin number AND the name of the item all in one line. Where do I get this number, and how should it be entered into the field?

Also, based on the description when someone hits the jackpot, they receive the code and they then have to message the admin? Is this correct?

SO the way it works, is that in the jackpot portion you put in the admin's number ( the one who is receiving the message)
So most likely you will want to put the number: 1
And the description of the jackpot should be put on the first pie slice.
The member does not need to know the receive code. It's so that people don't try and fake a jackpot. And should be changed each time a user hits a jackpot. 
They will automatically message the admin with the appropriate information when they click a send button.
Then it will be your job to provide them with the jackpot item, which is whatever you said you would give them.

Thank you for your very prompt response! I actually have it set up now (I think) and am awaiting someone to win it eventually. Then I'll understand it better after seeing it "happen".
So the code I entered into the settings isn't seen by the winner, but it is sent to me with their username?

Yes. However they will see it AFTER the message has bent sent to you.

One last question. I'm having the same issue that I see a couple others have had. Any new "slices" I add to the wheel I have set up the same way your default slices were (yes, chose 3 separate colors and all that) but they always show up as a solid colored slice, but only for ones I add. I'm confuzzled

I mentioned in the post that multi color support is only visible for Google Chrome Users. Other browsers do not currently support gradients in svg. Is that the issue you are referring to?

Then you should probably post a screenshot of your plugin settings for the wheel. Because I'm unaware of any previous problems that aren't already fixed

My code is sound. This stems from either improper setup or a conflicting code with your website layout.
My guess is that you improperly filled out 

Enable Jackpot:

By either adding a space or leaving it blank.
The value must be your user id number
