Are you using key version or keyless?

The plugin is currently deactivated or not installed on your forum. In order for me to troubleshoot please enable the plugin on your site that you have listed.

one of my members hit the jackpot and she sent the message that she had won it, however I didn't receive the alert about the win. Why is that? It has happened before.

Did you put your admin number under the plugin settings
And did they click send pm?
if not, they never actually sent the message.

Yes under enable jackpot. And is the message under her sent item folder in outbox

Feature Request: is there any way to set up a prize wheel that does items instead of money?

Like is there any way to set it up so every tab is technically a "jackpot" tab where I can put in a description of what it is..and have it alert admin to send to them?

Albeit not it's design, that may be possible. Tag me again on Wednesday and I'll take A look at it
Which version you want modified
And do you want to keep the really small jackpot slice or just have them all the same size?
