It only happens when I hit jackpot using this plugin, I haven't found any other action related to the coin loss, but let me know what you need me to do

I'm not sure, but I will post and ask them. You can see where they reported the problems here in the first few posts (the thread then begins to discuss a glitch that existed with the monetary plugin where it was giving out rank up rewards despite being disabled, so only refer to the first handful of posts) alcryst.net/thread/795/issue-panic

I know the account Akira alcryst.net/user/32 also had it happen to them, so that's the Cesare, Sabine, and Akira accounts in total. Akira was using Safari. I believe Sabine was using either Firefox or an obscure browser I don't know the name of off the top of my head. I'll let you know once I have definite answers.

I'll chime in. I have this plug-in on crawl.boards.net and members have been having their wallet reset to zero. Unlike with Elf though it's not the jackpot that triggers it, it's just when they hit a negative amount on the wheel.

The two users who had this happen were using Firefox and Chrome.

Thank you I appreciate your comment very much. This is a very serious issue. What would reset your money if they hit a negative amount and also only when you hit a jackpot? It has to do with the timing of the monetary system, sending and receiving data I'm sure.

Thank you I appreciate your comment very much. This is a very serious issue. What would reset your money if they hit a negative amount and also only when you hit a jackpot? It has to do with the timing of the monetary system, sending and receiving data I'm sure. 

Well I tried out your wheel and I still cant seem to replicate such an issue. Potentially misloaded data is all I can come up with as the root of the problem. So I will look into extra safety checks if possible.

I also want to report a problem I'm having on my forum, with money being reset to $0 (or frozen/not earned) when a member uses the prize wheel--and not just if he/she wins the jackpot, but for any spin. This has happened to multiple members, myself included. At first (back in August), I believed it was an issue with the monetary system plugin so I rolled back a version and installed 0.8.4, but the issues continued. But even with the newest release of 0.8.6, we're still experiencing these issues. My plugins are ordered correctly (Yootil>Monetary System>Prize Wheel), and they're the only plugins I have for anything money related. I previously reported the issue at the monetary plugin thread and now I'm reporting it here too.

I was wondering: is it possible to make the prize wheel only available once per day for every IP address instead of once per account? I have an account-per-character roleplay, and I wanted to make sure people can't spin everyday on multiple accounts. Thanks!

Tell me if this fixes the problem, I updated to Monetary System 8.6 api. If that doesn't fix the reset issue, I would like to try to fix it once more. Prize Wheel 3-3-2.pbp (10.22 KB)

The Ip Address may be possible to do as an added feature.

I was playing the wheel with the newest version you recommended and when I got the jackpot it wiped my on hand again
