Shoutbox Above Legend

I really need a code that puts the Shoutbox above the legend, but I can't seem to find a code anywhere! It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Go > admin > Layout Templates > home

Look for this {if $[legend]}

And place $[shoutbox]
above it



$[shoutbox]
{if $[legend]}

That worked wonderfully, thank you, @xsteveuk . My new issue now is that on the main page, there are now two shoutboxes. Help??

Depending on how you  have your shout box setup
Go admin - layout templates > Forum wrapper if you have $[shoutbox]
listed in that template remove that - and save changes

Or go admin - layout templates > home and make sure you have one instance of $[shoutbox] in the template
