It looks like you have installed the Sidebar Redux plugin, but not the Recent Threads plugin..

Take a look at the first post of this thread and click on the 'Plugin' link, then download and install that plugin too.

If you would like more help, feel free to yell.

Hi there, really sorry to trouble you.

I've installed the plugin and it's working great, however I've set it to display 15 updates and unfortunately the size of the sidebar has not altered?
Is there anyway I can changed this?

fytcommunity i just altered the size of the box to fit more recent threads in. i went to plug ins and then clicked manage the plug ins, then recently updated threads sidebar and i chose the "settings" tab and in the "Add CSS Styling Here" box i went to near the bottom to where it said #recent-threads-cell and altered the number there and it worked.

That can be changed settings tab.. In the CSS box find this part..

#recent-threads-cell
{
   height: 150px;
}
The number is the height of the box.. Change that to suit your forum.

Or, you can make the box scrollable by adding 'overflow: auto;

#recent-threads-cell
{
   height: 200px;
   overflow: auto;
}

You can't right now.. I have thought about trying to add that function to the plugin, but as yet haven't.

There are a couple of reasons why posts/threads may not be listed. Plugins do not work on the mobile app, so any threads updated using that will be missing from the list. Also if more than one post is being created at the same time, only the last one posted will be in the list.

I can't do anything about the mobile app, and the second issue is a limitation of what is currently possible. We are due to get a new function to play with that should help, and when it can be fixed it will be, but I'm afraid I can't do anything about it at the current time.

I assume you are using the Sidebar Redux plugin?

If so, put 'sidebarr-right' or 'sidebarr-left' in the Container ID option in the plugin, depending on which side you have your side tables
