Ok, P̌̓aͧś̀t̀u͒le͆o͂2̀3̃̓, I'll go look at the Yootil plugin. If it's small, I'll use it. But isn't there some kind of caveat that it needs to be at the top or bottom of your plugins to work properly?

If I don't install it, I'll try your custom link.

Yootil needs to be the first plugin on the list for anything that needs it, so it's good to just put there just in case

Really thats a bummer cause I freakin put everything you needed and will personally disable the features you don't want so that it's the perfect solution for you and You won't even hear me out.
Either I'm way off on your idea of keeping track of your animals, or the alpha release has exactly everything you asked for.
I just want to make it work for you.
I don't see how it can't.

new tab added to the profile called 'Horses' (Tab Name)-Check
These pages would need to be user set up - preferably with an 'add profile' link to the bottom of the horse profiles and should be set up so that there's an image to the left of the horse and then to the right these fields:
(Image on top then fields - user set up when adopted) -Check
Horse Show name: (custom profile) - Check
Horse Name: -Check
Age: -Check
Aging system: (8 months or 4 months = 1 year)-Check
Gender: -Check
Status:-Custom Profile
Offspring:-Custom Profile
Recent Shows:-Custom Profile
Aging system is a yes and I would like other people to be able to see.-Check
Would it be possible when they check their profile when a horse or horses have aged they get a notification of (Horse name here) has aged a year (Alerts System) - Check
Would it be possible for members to have a choice between three different age rates:
Age rate 1 - 1 month = a year
Age rate 2 - 4 months = a year
Age rate 3 - 8 months = a year (Set Up 3 Horses in shop each with different age rate) - Check

Disable Extra Features Option - Check
Gift Animals - Check

Plus it has a sortable list, an accordion menu, and its beautiful looking

I have an animal adopted, but I can't figure out how to get the animal to show up. Clicking feed, pet, wash, etc does nothing. No adopted animal shows up in the field. pondfriends.boards.net/user/1/animal-keeper

Edit: Also, adopting another animal doesn't get added to the View Animals.

I'm testing it now. I'm having the same problem. I adopted two animals but I can't see either when trying to interact with them. And when I try to view my pets only the first is there.

Yup, me too, exactly the same, I really like this plugin though, it's very clever (at least it will be once I can make it work)

Lol I thought I stated that it was an alpha release and that It doesn't have any visuals yet. It's just the ledger portion that allows you to manage your stuff. Including buying, giving, and releasing animals. Also the money portion isn't done yet. Sorry for any confusion but Much more work is going to happen and I will tell you all when an actual Release comes out that will have all the MAIN features that I want in it.

As stated below the link. 
It's not a release its just for a test phase which your edit was why I wanted you all to test it.
I will look into your view animals glitch

I created an account and did not come up with the view animal glitch you described.
Did you make sure that you were looking at your profile when you adopted that second animal?
You can adopt animals while looking at other profiles however you will not see them added to the list because it was added to your list.

Now I can't adopt any animal in Firefox (30.0 with all addons disabled). No "You have adopted a new animal." popup comes up, and no animal becomes listed under View Animals. Yes, doing it through my profile. It works in Google Chrome, multiple animals showing up under View Animals.
