Are you basically saying that you want to be able to set negative money for a member?

If so, I don't see a reason why it can't be allowed. I would have to look into it and maybe make it an option.

Hi Peter, Yeah thats the problem, we always set negative amounts at the start of each week for various reasons, we can do it with no problems on version 0.7.2 but not with any version higher, and version 0.7.2 wont run properly with the new shop,
so at the moment I can't use the cool new shop

Hi Peter! I have a more complicated request for this. I think I'd probably use shops to sell abilities like Veela, Animagus, Metamorphmagus, Vampire, Werewolf etc. So if they buy it, they can have it (and in 0.2 gift it to their new character). I would like to be able to make a page or generate a list of people who bought the items Animagus, Metamorphmagus, and Vampire for example. It can be a code like:

<div id="shop_item_animagus"></div>

Then it'd list the ones who are Animagus:
- Peter
- Leif
- Elf

<div id="shop_item_werewolf"></div>
- Marshall
- Beast
- Robin

Or even something in the posts would be great too like [shoplist]animagus[/shoplist]

Edit: I do not mind having to get an extra superkey.

You can modify the boxes that surround the image with CSS, though if adding in some size options would be easier, then I'll try and do that for 0.2 (hopefully released over the weekend).

I would, but changing the CSS isn't something i'm very knowledgeable with. So im not sure where to go to do that im afraid. ^^ So if you get time and want to, it would be appreciated!


And OMG May I just say, the animation when you buy something and it zips to the basket. That is phenomenal! I was not expecting something that beautiful in a plug in! Great work!

Possible, but would be a separate plugin, so I would suggest trying in the request board for now, as I'm going to get a few more features out for the Shop first

Introduction

Monetary System - Shop

This plugin is an addon for the Monetary System. It allows your members to use the currency they have earned to buy items from the shop and show them on their profile.

Please be sure to read all parts of this post, as it contains important information regarding installing and customising the system.

If you do have any issues, questions, or suggestions, please post in this topic, don't contact me directly.

Note: The Monetary System Shop plugin will require 1 super user key

Help / FAQ

- Shop isn't working, what's wrong with it?
  Make sure you follow the instructions below for installing.  Also make sure you are using at least 0.7.7 of the Monetary System.

Plugin Install / Download

To use the Shop plugin, you will need the following plugins installed before this plugin, otherwise the Shop will not work.

Yootil Library
Monetary System

Please follow the instructions in those topics.

Download: Monetary System - Shop (0.1.0)

Install: Monetary System - Shop (0.1.0)

Note: Please check which version you are installing is the latest. You can do that my checking this topic title, as it contains the version number as well as the date it was released.

Integrating Into Custom Profile Templates

If you need to display the profile items in a different place, then you can use an element with the id "monetary_shop_items".

Adding The "Shop" Link To The Navigation

The URL for the shop needs to be "/?monetaryshop". Here is a video showing me adding it.
