No, I didn't. I have the Member Profile Widget that shows members their profile. I looked on there, which shows mine to me, and that's where it has the coding on it. Is there any way to get that off of there -- to hide it, I guess is the best way to put it?

Hey Wormopolis.
Installed this plugin into my forum, working great. However, there is one tweak that I would love for you to consider.
It would be nice if we could specify with more precision how the background_image works. Would be nice to have options for position, size, repeat.
I've been trying to search within css sheet and html template to see if I could modify manually, I'm not sure how these plug-ins work and if we can "customise" them. I would love to be able to set a Background-repeat:no-repeat on the background image, and maybe a height:100% within the miniproflie container.
I'd also like to be able to input the colour for background in rgba, so that I can specify opacity.

the issue with CSS is it would affect everyone equally unless you get REALLY specific with selectors. it might be better served to add alignment and repeat as options.
Im not sure if I can get opacity to work

Aye, if you integrated roll down menus to select alignment and repeat on the image, that would be fab-tastic. And maybe an option to chose either image style width:100% of the miniprofile container, and hiding the overflow top and bottom, or image style height:100% of the miniprofile container, therefore hiding any width overflow?
Concerning the color input, surely if a user can input the color in rgba, it should work by itself? ie rgba(0,0,0,0.2) to have a nice black shroud over whatever is behind the miniprofile container ?
Anyways, just throwing ideas at you here, the plug-in as-is is already working fab', just takes a bit of time to fiddle graphically with the image ( <3 paint) beforehand, to make sure it will be as desired once linked into the background_image.

Im not letting a user just type in a color because I dont want to go through the hassle of type checking the millions of ways they get it wrong. having the color popup in there allows me to make sure what gets returned is a 6 digit hex number.

Okay, Wormopolis, makes sense. What about an "advanced" checkbox, so that people who know what they are doing can click and access to a direct input line where they can enter the colour through #xxxxxx or rgb/rgba values?

do you happen to have a custom theme running that affects the layout of the edit profile pages?

check your template for mini-profiles
you should have something like
{foreach $[user.mini_custom_field]} <br /><span class="$[user.mini_custom_field.content_class]">$[user.mini_custom_field.name]: $[user.mini_custom_field.value]</span> {/foreach}
