Is it possible to create forum stats like the one below?

At the upper portion of the forum? I would like to request a code. Is it possible that it'll only show at the homepage, like, when members navigate through a board, it will not be seen.

It wouldn't be possible to place on the top of the forum but similar facilities are available through the widgets on pages created in Structure > Custom Pages in your admin area.
