[TEMPLATE] - Move Shoutbox to Under Menu W/ Menu Button

I like this hidden shoutbox guys, it's a great idea. I have a little feature request that could make it even better and i'm sure everybody who has it will love it. When we used to have the "visible" shoutbox we could see in real time that a new shout was made however not with the hidden shoutbox. Now we have to click the shoutbox button to see if someone has said anything and then to click it again to close it. Can we add some code somewhere that will display in a little bubble (like when we have new messages) the number of new shouts since the last time we've checked it ? I think that would be a great feature.

I am not too sure, but I do not think PB has it where that can be done.
Since the shoutbox was never meant to be "hidden", the counter code, may not be in the system to be used.

Thx @burkeknight , I asked the question on the main support board too maybe someone will have a solution to it...maybe even changing the background color of the shoutbox button to indicate new messages (if a bubble with the exact number of new messages is not possible).
