Table for NHL Fantasy Forum with Divisions

Hello all, not sure where to post this. I've tried a few of the plugins available such as dynamically tabbed table and found a few codes around the forum but they aren't really what I'm looking for.
I need a basic table for an NHL Fantasy forum with 32 teams. We have 2 conferences split into 4 divisions with 4 teams in each division, each team has it's own thread and I just want a table on the global header than will allow everyone to jump from team to team without having to navigate to much. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What you need is to make your own table and put in your information on the global header
