You are using an older version of the plugin, the issue with it displaying 0 threads was fixed with version 0.1.6, so can you please update the plugin and see if that fixes your issue.

Is it possible to edit what the pop-up text says in the plugin?

Because the message can be quite confusing to certain new members:





Although the only button is the "Thank You", I would rather have "Reset Thread" or some other link text for members to better understand it.

Can you please try version 0.1.7.

You now have the option to change all of the pop-up messages.

Also, where can I reset another member's thread count?
(since that is the only way for me to test how I coded the text edits)

You can change a members thread count in the profile page. If you go to Edit a members' profile, and choose Staff Options, you can manually change a members' thread count. The plugin will then ask to reset it.

I could be able to change the Thread count for the member (I am using my own test account), but the plugin doesn't give the specific pop-up to neither me as admin, nor the member afterwards.

Can you please explain the process you are going through to get the pop-ups...

I basically manually kept deleting and re-registering my test account to adjust all the Pop-up messages...

And the only section that I can't seem to customize (as I don't know when the Pop-up will occur or what I have to do to see it),
is the Reset another's thread count part.



I would go to my test account's profile and use Staff Options to change the number of threads, but nothing happens (no Pop-up shows) on the test account's part.

Once you have changed the member's thread count you will need to visit their 'Recent Threads' page for the pop-up to be displayed.

You may ant to download the plugin again too, there was a small error introduced with the latest update, so ideally you need version 0.1.8

Were you logged in when you were seeing the null?
The button is labeled ok and will not be changed. Is that what you were referring to?

0.1.8 fixes the 'null' problem, and is now in the library.

And, assuming I know which pop-up you are referring to, the button can be renamed...
