As of right now, no. As this does not have any CSS to target, it's not possible to make text bold. This is, however, on my ideas list to get added into it. I need to get the basics working first though. I've currently got a slight issue with it not stopping on hover. Once I've got that fixed, I can see about adding in some extra options.

Your forum is showing as having Version 2.0.0, but did you get it from the library or from the download link (which I've now removed)?

I ask because it's throwing an error on your forum. The error is showing one variable, but my code is showing another. If you got it from the library, I'll need to update it to get rid of the error, as it doesn't seem to be working for you right now - even though you've got 3 test lines in it.

Thanks for noticing and yes the version you looked at was one of the pre-released ones not the official published library one.I have updated to the final version on the test site  since you so kindly tagged me and reminded me of it.
I have since also imported it back to my main forum site european-war-4.boards.net  as multiple plugins were temporary disabled there to troubleshoot a performance issue (micro-lag).
Also while adding new comments to my review I noticed you gave yourself a  single ? rating? Ahaha why be so harsh in rating your own plugin

Heh - that single star rating was done before I had known about it affecting our overall rating ... I didn't think the author's star rating would count, but I was wrong on that.

Okay. Thanks for letting me know, as I wanted to make sure the library had the correct release in it - otherwise, given the error I saw, it wouldn't run for anyone else either. So glad it was something simple. Thanks for getting back to me on that!

Sorry for not getting back to this sooner.

Currently, no. The current version only runs on the home page. You could try installing Version 1.1.3, as I think that one might run on every page (I don't think I added in the home-page only until 2.0.0 - but I'll check the code).

I'll take a look at the code I have for 1.1.3 this weekend and see if that one allows running on every page.

Go to Admin > Plugins > Manage - each plugin should have its version number listed with it:



I've also checked Version 1.1.3's code and it should run on every page.

Taking a quick look, you've got both 2.0.0 and 1.1.3 installed. Delete the Version 2.0.0 from your Admin > Plugin > Manage page, as they are most likely conflicting with each other (it's not designed to have more than 1 version running at a time).

The console is showing a number of errors, none of which are pointing to the forum marquee plugin:




Try moving the forum marquee plugin higher up in the list and see if that helps.

That worked! I put it right under Yootil so it is above everything else. Is there a way to remove the thin black border?
