'Poke' system

This plugin adds a 'Poking' system to your forum similar to that of Facebook.

This is on "sweet dandelion" premade theme by alisha of adoxography.  So people can see it clearly looks good on any theme especially if you follow the color code edit Todge so sweetly provided.

It's ready joe!  It's in the plugin library!  You can download it straight from there.

On your message board go into the Admin panel.  From Admin, click on Plugins.  Then go to Plugin Library.  It should appear at the very top as 'Poke' System.  If not at the top just go searching through the plugins for the one that is titled 'Poke' System.  Click Install.  After you have it installed, you can go back to Admin then to Plugins and manage plugins.  Click on the 'Poke' System and in those tabs there you can adjust your settings for your forum.  Click save and it should all be good.

no message?  Could you be more specific?
Did you go in and fill out the fields in the manage section of the plugins?

It should appear in profiles.

I have added these 3 things in the box  :
Hug(ged)
Poke(d)
Kiss(ed)


HOW can I poke someone?
when I open a profile there's nothing I could click on

if you go to a profile other then your own there should be options that look like this:


you should just be able to click on the links and it sends the poke or kiss or whatever you put in there to the other person.  If you're not seeing this then you should provide a link to your forum so todge can look at it.

its all good thank you, iv used mine as a 'noticed talent'  for my talent site, and iv put in the top 'someone has noticed your talents .. well done'  

q ... how long does it take to build one of these plugins ?  and is it difficult ?

You might want to check out the proboard development section for answers on that one.  I think a lot of depends on your own knowledge base with coding.
