if you go to a profile other then your own there should be options that look like this:


you should just be able to click on the links and it sends the poke or kiss or whatever you put in there to the other person.  If you're not seeing this then you should provide a link to your forum so todge can look at it.

This is a great idea! Thank you, Todge.

When I try to poke someone back, I seem to have to click it, wait for the page to reload and then reclick poke back before it works. Is this the way it is supposed to work or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you also for including the color change info for the text. However, I don't know exactly where to post the code to change the colors. Which template do I add it into?

Lastly, Is there a way that I can get it to show up at the top of the forum. My shoutbox is at the top and it is appearing under it.

You just add the code to your CSS on the style sheet Gtv22.
admin > themes > advanced style & CSS > Style Sheet

Just add .poke_message { color: #554444!important; } at the bottom ..change the color # to whatever color you want.

as for moving it Todge can answer that one lol.

I'm afraid that that's the only way it will work. You can only write to a member's User Key if they are natively displayed on the current page, which cannot be guaranteed while viewing your own profile page, so I had to link it back to their profile to make their key accessible.

Genius. I would suggest using the pb.member.dialog instead though since that loads key data accessibility for whatever member you want on any page.

If you want a different color for each theme, then yes, you'd need to add it to the CSS of each theme.

If you want one color for ALL themes, then just add it to Global CSS.

I neer heard of a global css.Is that a global footer? I dont see global anywhere on the css.

In 'Advanced Styles & CSS', in the 'Style Sheet' tab, scroll down until you find

/**************************************************************************
*                                                              Global Styles                                                               *

Add the css to the list in that section.
