Not-Annoying PM Alert - New

[P̌̓aͧś̀t̀u͒le͆o͂2̀3̃̓]

Bugfix when it wouldn't work on some themes and cross-browser css rules.
New Even Smaller Design.

Alerts if you have a PM in the lower right corner so it's not in the way.
Dialogue matches theme.
Small and attempts to alert how many messages are available while using proper grammar when referencing only one alert.
Saves in cookies.
Cookies are account specific.
Will not show on inbox pages.
Once a button is hit, the popup will not show again until all current pm alerts are read.
That will clear the cookie and alert the user next time they have a new pm.

EDIT: P̌̓aͧś̀t̀u͒le͆o͂2̀3̃̓ - is it possible to theme this at all? adjust any css properties? The spacing on everything is really messed up for me on this, but it's so useful I want to keep it intact.

I have a css class attached to it so u could add any styles u want. Really dont know what ur looking for

I did find it, and I did open it, but I do not know what I am looking for, nor which one of the tabs the border is located in. even though I checked around. But I really am glad that I learned something tonight.

Big box in build says css has pmapopup or something like that in brackets { }

Ok, I found that, P̌̓aͧś̀t̀u͒le͆o͂2̀3̃̓, but I do not know what I am looking for because I cannot determine what sets the size of the frame, which looks like it is about 10-12 px. I did find the border one, but that is only one px, so that's not it. A little help here, please.

U can find the css box below that box saying pmabox. That for main popup

The reason yours looks bad is because there was a theme/code conflict that should be resolved in the next release
