Try to use something reflecting the attitude of your forum to members, and the kind of community you are forming. Generally, you don't want to pass negative judgement on members just for joining your forum, which is usually also dishonest. As such, lower ranks should try not to be too demeaning in name, which is saying more than the site has warrant to on the fairly mechanical level of post count. There could be place for a site using categories for new members like, 'Leave this site while you can,' 'Get out! It's dangerous!', and so on, but that would be highly niche.
In addition, you might not want to attribute traits to users based on post count - they don't change how they post just by posting more of it. That and demeaning titles are the main things which are iffy here, and something similar to the default titles is usually safer.
Something like:
Curious.
Scared.
Dedicated.
Workhorse.
The only poster.
No rest for the wicked.
Could work for a given type of forum; if you have a given approach for things like 'new,' 'interested,' 'continuing poster,' 'veteran,' and possibly a couple for highly active members, you should be set. Just consider how the forum is going to try and appear in relation to these users.
