Plugin Development Suggestion (CSS Component)

Don't know why we can't use variables in the CSS component, but would be nice to be able to use plugin variables in the CSS component, so we don't HAVE TO put it in Global/Main Header/Footer.

just something that kinda annoys me , and would be a nice change.
