Hi there elli

I need a bit of help 
Is it possible to make the bell icon clickable so it acts as a link to the profile notifications?
I think currently, you can only click on the red alert box thing when you receive a new notification 
But when you don't have a notification, the button is not clickable and so therefore you cannot use it as a shortcut to get into the notifications page

I want this to be clickable:



So I can access my notifications instantly

Oh okay, so is it not possible to do make it into a shortcut into the notifications?
Sorry I'm not very proficient in HTML

I had a look at the HTML sheet and I think it's something to do with this part in the Forum Wrapper?

I am guessing I need to add in an element to make the notification icon clickable, no idea how to do that. 

I just played around with it, and I found that replacing <a href="javascript:void(0);"> 

with:

<a href="$[navigation.menu.href]"{if $[navigation.menu.accesskey]} accesskey="$[navigation.menu.accesskey]"{/if}>

Makes the bell icon clickable, but the link does not direct to notifications

I will ask around or look online but honestly this is far above my ability

Hello. I love this theme! I need help with one question (I'm new to PB). There is some sort of scrolling thing at the bottom. It is mostly illegible and distracting to my eyes, and I would like to completely disable or remove it. seektruth.boards.net.

Can you please help me identify it and advise how to remove that section completely?

append this

i like the way you made the custom profile page look for this theme
am i allowed to copy the look into another theme?
if so, besides the template(s) do i also need to copy certain css into the other theme for everything to work and make it look the exact same?

oh ok, well i wasn't going to apply it to self made premade theme but just another premade by someone else, a theme that does not have a custom look...

ok i get it that you have a life and you do not have to do things if you do not want to , especially when it comes to things like on the internet but if we both speaking about the same thing here: previously you ignored me and that was rude of you, ignorance is not a nice thing, no matter what, no denying that ok. if you did not have the time or simply did not want to help me, you could of said something at least but you said nothing even though you were helping somebody else at same time... which i think was not very polite of you considering you are a well known person around here and made a great effort to help people out with making themes, it makes no sense for such a person who i thought was great to ignore a person just like that for no obvious reason.

i have had help from you in the past and you were friendly and i thought i was too, nothing weird happened with any of my previous posts in here so i did not understand why i was being ignored really. being completely honest with you, the fact i made that comment today is somewhat your own fault, if you would of not ignored me i would not of felt to express any awkward feelings like that.

This isn't my thread and I am not elli but I feel obligated to say something as a fellow theme creator.

This is exactly the entitlement that she is referring to.

"It's not fair that you helped someone but not me"
"You could have at least responded and told me what was up"
"You shouldn't have ignored me"

This is exactly feeling entitled to elli's time & efforts. You feel that because she has provided a theme, that she is obligated to respond to you, whether it's to help or otherwise. No one is telling you to not ask questions, but snide and passive aggressive commentary regarding what you view as her failure to interact with you in the manner of your choosing is the very definition entitlement.

Additionally, trying to guilt trip her into feeling bad by saying "Well I didn't have to ask your permission" is not exactly a sound argument. Why on earth should she feel guilty for not meeting your expectations simply because you did not behave inappropriately? You don't get a reward for just being a decent person and following the rules. It's abhorrent that you're trying to guilt trip her at all! Saying things like "I looked up to you and now you're treating me in this way" is guilting her, straight up.

If you acknowledge that elli has a life -- which she does, including a full time job -- then it is absolutely absurd that you are behaving this way. She is not obligated to respond to every single question, and is offering her support for this theme as a courtesy. It is a premade theme and it is intended to be used as is. You are getting FREE support for a FREE theme when she could -- and quite frankly considering her resume, should -- be charging you (or anyone else) an hourly rate of a hundred dollars or more because she is a professional front-end designer. You should be grateful that this even exists at all.

Quite frankly, this temper tantrum flounce about how you're never going to bother her again is likely going to have the opposite effect of what you want. Had you responded to me in this manner I would simply reply: "I don't care, bye." Which, quite frankly, I am willing to bet will be elli's response too.
