Description:
This will add a chance for an event popup after a post on a thread.

Features:
Specify Event HTML
Give or Take Monetary System Wallet Amounts
Attach to Multiple Boards
Specify a Percentage/Odds of Appearing
Specify the Percentage/Odds of Nothing Happening
Custom Dialog Options
Adds Outcomes Directly to Posts
Supports Search and Page Change
Supports Quick Reply and Full Reply
Will NOT Run When You Create a New Thread (Will Run On Posts After Thread Creation) -Could be optional as a feature request

Note:
If event is set to run only when Creature Hunt 1 is running, that event will not run, but this will also mean another event will not run in it's place. (Even if there is no percentage of nothing happening) This is a limitation to how Creature Hunt 1 is set up.

Admin delete events
Add on thread manually (option)
Apply to certain threads as opposed to boards.
Permissions to edit posted events html
Permission to add events to created posts 
Extension Thread key for custom events added by members
Ability to reject events (option)

Group event possible.
Accept reject ignore is possible.

Todge I was wondering if I could add a hook for giving awards to the logged in user via event popup?
You wouldn't need to direct me or anything. 1 character = 1 award
I worked with it a couple years ago to add multiple categories of awards displayed separately and where it adds monetary value when awarded to users. I assume the data structure hasn't changed much.

Could we hook this into the interests center for admin to get a notification when someone on the site has a random event? If that's not simple, don't worry about it because they can always manually alert admin to the event change, but an automatic alert would be cool

I havent looked into trophies. From what I read this is possible. So say you found a diamond. You would also be awarded the diamond trophy? 
My only issue is that a peter hasnt tried to make trophies easier yet. Im sure he will later on. I dont know how easy generating an infinte number of trophies could be.

This would be fine, realize that you can only hold 40 notifications at a time with the extension. You might not be able to keep up. 
And adding an extension to a key was the first ever attempted and it was a pain and highly unlikely in the near future

So you want the opposite? Only run if creature hunter is running?

Pretty much, if possible. Then I could have things like "the monster attacks you" and "you tripped and are temporarily stunned" and other fun events that would affect the battle but wouldn't make sense outside of the creature hunt.

Your request has been completed. 
Install the extension plugin under trophies and events on posts below that.
Then fill out the trophies tab and write the name of the trophy you want awarded in the events tab.
(read the ? next to the images field for instructions to upload your own image)

Yes and no..

The reply at which the creature is set to appear is held within the thread key, but if the plugin is set for the creature to appear 'by chance', the key will only hold the reply number after which the creature could possibly appear.

You can get that number like this..

Odd. I guess that means by design when I reach the number of posts and have a 10 percent rate of a monster appearance I can keep refreshing the page until I get one.

This seems to work fine for reading your plugins intent. I really wouldn't have caught everything that I needed if you wouldn't have mentioned "by chance" lol. That and Key Viewer allows me to easily read and tap onto other people's keys.
