In order to see the users checklist, it must be on their profile to access their key. 
Otherwise it will always show your checklist. Is it that it disappear?  or that you should have access on their profile and you do not?

I'm not after seeing other users checklists. What I am having reported issues with is that other members who the checklist has been assigned to aren't seeing it. I don't care in this case if I can't actually see other peoples checklist it's just that I'd like them to be able to see their own

I changed the default settings so that other users can see their list by default. I believe the original intent was to not allow other users to see their own list so that the admin can check mark things about users. Which is why it was set up like it was. Hopefully this will be less confusing from now on.

P̌̓aͧś̀t̀u͒le͆o͂2̀3̃̓ - I have a request for this plugin. I don't know if its doable but is there any way to make it so that while a member may require at least one checklist item to do set up initially they can add or delete checklist items?

Depends what your viewing settings are. There are admin, staff, and user views

Do you mean that users can add to the checklist what they want when they want?

That would definitely break the whole "syncing" thing I got going. Wouldn't be possible with a plugin like this.

P̌̓aͧś̀t̀u͒le͆o͂2̀3̃̓, I would be interested in using this plugin if I were able to set checklists on a forum-wide or per-group basis ^^ My interest in it atm is basically a newbie checklist, so they can checkmark completing the tasks you should do when you first make an account such as edit your display name or post in the chatbox. I'm also interested in a per group checklist so when a new character is made (rather than member) the checklist can be modified to them, for example horses may need to create a stable whereas human character accounts may need to create a house.

No biggie if you never do it, I just thought I'd chip in what features would make this work on my forum if I were to ever use it. Seriously a cool plugin! I may use it just for my own personal checklist bahaha. Thank you for your work on this, man
