ok where is it ? and when does it show ? like after i press create thread or while i'm typing the #'s ?

i must be missing it, i haven't disabled anything, then how could i if you can see it come to think of it.

When you type that eleventh hangtag it pops up

even when i put hangtags in, which is weird
