Hey no worries and good luck. Hopefully it won't be too much work to fix. I haven't had any time to sit down at the computer to do anything today. Thanks anyway

STLUEE
Yes, is it sort of like that, but as Tumbleweed mentioned, I'm hoping for side by side categories. Thanks. I am glad you have posted that attatchment. Gives me an idea of how the side by side boards will look like.
Tumbleweed
I didn't even think about it until I saw Stulee's attatchment. I use Wormo's plugin for "Images in Thread Titles". Will this make it harder for what I'm asking on this thread? I've never gotten around using someone's plugin for images for category titles. I may not even get around to using that one anyway, if we can get this going. However, I definitely hope to keep Wormo's plugin if possible.
In the mean time. I'm going to go check out what happens when I use Teg 's code. I'm going to test it out on this test site. visual.freeforums.net/ Edited: Trying to make things more even looking, as well as to shorten the board listing, I was wondering if maybe 2 boards under each category could show, then having a scroll bar so to find the rest of the boards when I might need them. So, far things do look good except for that one thing. Thanks.
Thanks everyone so far.
PS. One last question, would this be global or per theme? I can see it's per theme. Whew.

TegJust wanted to let you know, I've tried out your code. I'm not sure if I've mess something up (which would not surprise me.) Not sure how to do those changes... how to fix the spacing in between categories as you mentioned before.

In this part of the css, for .container1 : .container1 { width:49.4%; padding: 1px; display: block; float: left; min-height: 420px; } Change it to this to see if it works... .container1 { width:49.4%; padding: 1px; display: block; float: left; height: 420px; overflow: scroll; } In the above code, we changed min-height to height and added a "scrolling" overflow. That should, technically achieve what you are looking for Skidjit.

It was healing well, until I forgot and moved furniture last week. I should not have done that. Ugh.)
I love it so far.
Just wanted to ask if you meant for the category bar to scroll along with the boards listed within the category? The scroll bar is outside of the whole container.
I also, wanted to let you know I tinkered with one of the numbers. I hope that was ok. (Not sure but I've noticed sometimes people will get upset if someone changes their codes a bit. Sometimes, it's supposed to be edited to fit. I hope that was ok.) Anyway, I noticed whenever I put the updated code into the CSS, due to the fact each of my categories have different numbers of boards, the look was a little different than I thought it was going to be. I tried to shorten it so to make each show at least two boards, then the scroll would take affect if there were more boards in that particular category.
If you want to take a look, and let me know what you think. visual.freeforums.net/
