It's 19C to 25C here with the humidity, that's 66F to 77F. It's not a bad night, like too hot, I'm just a freaking night owl.
Toodles, lol

I don't think the hot weather where I live will last much longer. Maybe another month or so.

It's been raining on and off since dinnertime, I love it, it's clearing the air. Today was rather humid here, but nicer temps are coming in really soon.

Oh wow, very cool. I can't wait to visit, I'm planning on hitting Petra (of course), Aqaba, Amman and Wadi Rum. Will probably be flying into Aqaba and then fly home from Tel Aviv. Yeah the middle east interests me because of its history, culture, food, scenery, and just because of how so very different it is than the US. Do you have any other suggestions I could hit in Jordan thay may be "off the beaten path" and not so frequented by tourists? Whenever people say that they wanna come to Jordan to visit Petra it always both frightens and confuses the hell outta me. It's just a bunch of rocks... but all to their preference I guess... Warning: Don't come in summer... you'll die. Come at the very beginning of spring or like around mid September if you wanna visit Petra. There will be a LOT of walking (unless you ride a camel, which they will rip you off for mind you...). I've actually never been to Aqaba, but I heard it's nice. Dead Sea is pretty cool if you're willing to spend some money at the reserves, because the free parts of it are insane. I don't know what you mean by 'hitting Amman'... it's just a city, what do you wanna see? lol Anyway, if you're into this stuff, I guess you'll enjoy it. You just gotta go to the right areas and know someone who speaks Arabic to really enjoy yourself. And try not to get too ripped off haha... You should go to Dubai man, way nicer than Jordan. And there's a ton to see if, again... you're willing to spend. You live in Tel Aviv?! Meh, no interest in Dubai or UAE. I want to hit Amman because it's the capital and largest city! Surely typical Jordanian culture can be found in the capital. I'm interested in a day bin the life. As for Petra, lol. I'm sure folks who live in Jordan feel it's just a tourist trap. Bit it does have cool history. I don't live in Tel Aviv, I'm planning on flying into Aqaba and staying in Jordan the first 7 days the last day in Amman, traveling to Nazareth Israel then Jerusalem Bethlehem and Tel Aviv, where I will fly home to the states. that shouldn't be a problem, should it? I knon I read somewhere that Jordan was not a fan of folks flying into Jordan and leaving immediately for Israel, so that's why I was going to stay a week there first.

Well I mean Israel is a little... intense and has always been I guess, so it would make sense that they wouldn't be too fond of the idea. It does seem suspicious, can't lie. But hey, good luck with it all and have fun.

It's 29C today. In the UK in September. I'm not even sure it'll be that hot when I go to the Canary Islands next month.
