No idea why this was moved unless talking about the weather is a game? I don't post here so I guess I'll never know

True to most Memorial weekends here, the temps are perfect but it rains a part of each and every day.

Today, it started right around 7:00 pm. But that was fine. I went to a BBQ and the majority of it, we were able to spend outdoors. Coffee and desserts moved inside the house when the rain came. I'm so stuffed I feel like I should roll around rather than walk.

@thecaptainstable , because most replies are sometimes just a single word ~ the temperature. Or just a sentence or two about weather, so it's been decided our replies shouldn't add to our posting numbers. Inane comes to mind. I guess these types of threads lack significance.

Most likely because the "Hot" thread had dropped off the front pages ~ until it was resurrected again for the return of the heat.

The "Cold" thread was on the front page when that one bit the dust on GT Discussion and the decision was made to move it to the Game Board ~ along with a thread that had devolved mostly to "Good morning", "Good night".

C'est la vie!

Our beloved Butch and his Famous Quotes thread was moved into this Forum from GT and I can remember Butch losing his cool and asking why it was moved lol, but he accepted it, in the end, god bless him and we just carried on as per normal with the quotes.


Dark rain clouds here and 11c, I think the warm spell is over with for now.

Temperatures were supposed to be cool today but, it looks like nature had other ideas so back to the heat wave again and it sucks, I'm looking forward to the cool temps already.

Mother Nature is crying today, as is appropriate, for Memorial Day.

Our two local parades were cancelled, as is the BBQ, I was to attend.

It's been raining since last night and it's a chilly, 59F (15C).  The temp is fine with me. 

Anything past 80F (26.6C) and I start to wilt.

Most of the UK had thunder and lightening yesterday but we missed that up here and all we had was rain, it's a cloudy, muggy 14c at the moment with heavy rain forecasted this afternoon.

Well, it's official.This was the coolest Memorial Weekend in 14 years. And it felt that way.

And the cool and rain continues today. It's gray, wet and only 60F (15.5C).

It's a cloudy morning here and 10c, later on, it's been forecasted as sunny and 17c.

The weather is perfect here today, cool temps. with a bit of sunshine just the way I like it.

Cloudy/Sunny morning and 15c, just nice, they say more rain on the way though.
