Ok. I'm going to re-do them all. Do you have any backgrounds you like? I personally don't like the plain white background. I think it looks too plain. You can find nice textured white and black backgrounds on google. If you want it plain, i'll keep it plain.

Your forum doesn't allow guests to view. Can you open it so I can come up with matching designs? Can you tell me what the forum is about? Also, I need you to find that script text so I can use it for the banner. I want these to come out perfect and i'm going to need a little more information so I can fully give you exactly what you asked for.

May I ask what you mean by script text? (Never heard that term before, sorry!) I had some fun with this one: Looks great, thank you! the forum link you posted recently is still not available for viewing for guests i think that is against the rules when you request i see above? Haimovfids , Pebbles : It's out of MM. I'm in it now and I don't see the MM banner at the top of it. You still can't get into it? It's here.

Sorry. I meant script font.
I'm glad you liked it. Was there something I missed?

Sorry. I meant script font. I'm glad you liked it. Was there something I missed? Are you able to get into the forum now? It's not in Maintenance Mode, but I put in a Support thread in the Support Board about it. There isn't, no. I put the Rolling in there an I wanted to try and have the O be the wheel because I wanted to try and make it a logo that no one else can replicate, so to speak, but there's no way to get the wheel to be symmetrical to the letters, is there? I don't know, I guess it sounded a lot better in my head and isn't able to be done on paper (much like all of my other ideas, LOL.) The only thing I'm trying to do now is figure out why you can't access my forum so you can do a design match, as you said in one of your posts, right? EDIT: I figured it out with Brian's help. Can you access it now? The theme is definitely going to be changing.

Alan Vende - What you're asking for is possible (having the wheel be symmetrical to the letters) but it would involve actually rendering a custom lettering & wheel for your logo, rather than using existing font + an image. The best you could do with the latter is try and make it look thematically related (similar line weights, etc), but there will always be at the very least a small discrepancy between the wheel + the font.

Yes and no; you could go a custom font route, but you could also have someone render the lettering + the wheel by hand (theoretically, I don't think there are people who fill requests in this board with this skill set that offer this for free).

I'm just more curious now if it would work. I'm going to go a different route (kind of like what Haimovfids did with the one-liner above (thank you for that, by the way, Haimovfids !) And thank you again, Kami , for the information. I'm always interested in graphic design, even though I cannot do it myself at the moment, and it's not the career path that I will be going, either. But I always like learning about it so I can apply it when I have the money to purchase graphics programs (or, rather, do the subscription thing that they're requiring now.)

From a professional standpoint nearly everything can work as a logo, it just depends on how flexible you're willing to be haha. In this particular instance it's honestly simple enough if you're going with that type of wheel, you just need the time, skill, and patience.
My advice honestly would be to find a suitable font with an "o" that is the shape you want it, and add the spokes by hand. That way it looks uniform to the rest of the font. My 0.02. (:

I love your 0.02. It's always amazing! It's priceless. I do like the one that Haimovfids did in this post. I guess I was so caught up in being "different" that I didn't realize that everything can work as a logo. I thought that it had to be "different." But, then again, I don't think that anyone has The Rolling Reverend, as my domain name (that I bought) is The Rolling Reverend.
My sincerest apologies, Haimovfids , for having you jump through hoops with what I was saying earlier!

My sincerest apologies, Haimovfids , for having you jump through hoops with what I was saying earlier! Don't misunderstand me! If you have a vision of what you want your logo to look like, then you should try and be as true to your vision as possible. When I say you need to be flexible, I mean within the constraints of possibilities -- for example, there's no way I could make a logo in comic sans and clipart look 100% professional, so if someone asked for that they'd need to be flexible with their idea (this is a hyperbolic example for the most part, but it has happened).
If you like CrazyConure's logo, then by all means go for it. If you want it modified and they're willing, I don't see why you need to stop tweaking it to get the product as close to your vision as possible.

I want to be true, and ask for more and more tweaks (for example, if @crazyconure is willing, to move the right wheel in a little bit toward the D in Reverend.) But, at the same time, I've tried doing graphics before - when I had access to Photoshop - and, no matter how I tweaked it, I couldn't get it to be "just right" and make it so it's the same width away from the right as it is the left, so is that when you have to give up so to speak, and take what you can get? Have you ever had that problem before - where you couldn't get something to be exactly right, like what I'm saying about the wheels?
