By now you have no doubt figured out that I am a bit obsessed with tagging people. Perhaps it stems from the fact that I rarely played tag as a kid. Or perhaps I just like making plugins to tag people. Or perhaps it is just a coincidence that my last two plugins involved tagging people. 

Nevertheless I bring you yet another plugin that adds a feature to tagging. Simply press the @ and a list of people available to be tagged in a thread page comes up, along with their profile picture. If you have any questions feel free to tag me.

If you guys have any suggestions feel free to shoot me a PM or tag me or send a carrier pigeon to the office.


This is just a placeholder for the thing that I mentioned above until the plugin gets approved (and I fix some bugs...)

Help. I tried to install this and edited the code. Now i have a quick reply box on top and the bottom of an opened thread. I reset the template to default and it didnt remove it.

Doesn't work for me:

Just shows the box but putting a username in it (regardless of whether it's sign up name or not) does nothing.

it doesnt work for me either, and i get a popup box with 'mark all threads read' or something like this everytime i click into a thread, it disapears really fast so i can't see what it is.    i think its from the action button menu if this helps.

1 question .... will this maybe conflict with the shoutbox tags notifications plugin ?  that was your creation wasn't it ?

Yeah. And nah it shouldn't. Get back to me if the issue occurs. It may be the same.

It might be with the layout templates then, since I'm not seeing any errors. I'll look into it when I get a chance and my tools are available at the office. In the meantime though I have registered on the forum to see if anything pops up.

Ulises - sorry for popping in this thread, but I looked around for the shoutbox tag notifications plugin that was spoken about and couldn't find it. Is it in the library and I just missed it? Thanks!

@joecool111 - if you disable the plugin, it makes it very hard to debug.
