Flip Thread

I would try looking at the edit options for the plugin to see if the other themes are selected. Go to Admin -> Plugins -> Manage, click the Edit button for the plugin. You should get a popup window. The themes are listed at the bottom. See if any of them are missing the checkmark (this lets the plugin know which themes to run on, so it will not run on any unselected theme).
