Yes having problems. I like photobucket though especially for avatar as can have bigger sizes linking to them Dont want to move any images as would take so long

I guess I'm lucky to only have a handful of images on my forum. I do, however, have a lot of images on other websites, so I see what you mean. I'll just be moving the images that have to do with PB into the Theme Manager, anyway.

In hindsight, I don't know why I didn't put them in there in the first place so something like this wouldn't happen. Whoops.

Give imgbb.com/ a try I have been using it for awhile and had no problems

This has happened before.

Most of my images for the board (and personal) are hosted there.

I emailed them and got a response that they are updating their servers.

As Scott said, no site enjoys being down and disappointing their customers.

Just sometimes, it's inevitable.

They've never lost an image in all of the years I've used them.

Once back online, everything will be fine.

My site's a mess right now, but we'll survive.

There is an area for Custom Images in the Theme manager for each individual theme.

I've had Photobucket since 2005/2006 for personal websites, etc. and never had an issue after "maintenance" is over.

And my board members are accustomed to these occasional outages.

I try to make it a point not to sweat the small stuff.

It's the first time that an outage has effected the forum for this amount of time. I mean, I understand maintenance and such, but I got panicked a bit. I forgot how many images that I have on Photobucket. Lol.

It's down for many of our affiliate's. Luckily our RPG is fine, we are using a different host. I started my own image hosting after the last Imgur/Photobucket/Tinypic fiasco, and it's now serving millions of photos. If anyone wants an account feel free to PM me. It has a great CDN and will let you load images instantly.

Though it has nothing to do us, I do want to offer my empathy. I personally was bummed seeing all the missing/broken images here on support and other forums I've been offering support to.

For what it's worth, I know how we feel when there is an interruption of service to our members and so I'm guessing they're feeling the same pain. I'd like to think we at least try to make a much more concerted effort of communication to our members when issues arise so you all know what's going on and our efforts to resolve issues.

I'm not on twitter or such, so not sure if they are and are sending out updates? If anyone knows, please feel free to post here in this thread so other members can be updated.
