Thats' what I thought, but the game works fine, yet this won't change. Am I doing it wrong? cx I am going to structure > headers and footers > global headers & footers and I pasted and saved it in the footer (which is empty thus far). I copied it exactly.

Strange.... It works on my test forum.
I'll try to dig a little deeper.

Hi Todge! Is it possible to add creature to an existing thread? Not with the plugin as it is, I will look to see if I can add that feature.

Hey Todge ! Could I possibly request a modification to this? I'm looking to add this to my site, but I would LOVE for it to include a mechanic where it allows for keeping XP gains! -And to possibly edit these. -So for example, let's say a member slays a monster and gains 500xp from this. But then that member uses 300xp to "buy" IC items, etc. So then staff can go into the back end of the site to update Member X with now 200xp! I think this could offer a world of fun possibilities!

I have plans to add a system very similar to this, I just have to find the time and work out the best way of doing it. But, hopefully, this, and more, will be optional 'add-on' plugins.

Is it possible to add the creature hunt stats to the mini profile? You already have the members' Hit Points in the mini-profiles.. Do you want everything else there too?

TodgeI have a feature request. Is it possible to give a class that I can place where I want in the mini-profile that will generate the number of times that account has successfully won a creature hunt battle? I call them quests on my site and I currently have to manually add Quests: 0 to every single account and then update them manually every time they win. Something automatic would be godsend - just that every account is set to 0 until they win, then it goes up by 1, etc. etc. It only needs to be affected by victories. Is this possible? =3
EDIT: I'm unsure if this is working as intended. I am making a test thread right now. Made the OP, set it to 100% appearance and to appear on the 1st reply. I made the 1st reply and it gave me a popup then added it to the thread the way it should. But when I made my 2nd post to "attack" it, it only added it beneath my post (which is that I landed a decent hit, then it attacked me and missed) instead of giving me a popup first. I'm not sure if it's supposed to give me a popup or not, I feel like it is supposed to?
2nd EDIT: Possibly another feature request. Is it possible to allow members to make regular posts in a creature hunt thread? I could have sworn this was once an option. As in, they can attack, retreat, or write a normal post that doesn't do any particular action. My reasoning is so that the characters can take a moment to strategize or circle the creature without actually attacking it. Right now, there are no post buttons, just attack and retreat so it isn't an option, forcing them to constantly attack when that isn't necessarily feasible in every post or wise. =3
3rd EDIT: Sorry... testing this out now so I keep running into stuff. xD What if someone attacks, doesn't like what happened, deletes their post, and makes another one to get a different result? Is this like the VDice plugin where they'll get the same dice result even if they keep deleting and reposting, or is it possible to cheat this way?
4th EDIT: Just a question, if 1 account decides to retreat, are the other accounts still in the battle or does it force everyone to retreat?

Something automatic would be godsend - just that every account is set to 0 until they win, then it goes up by 1, etc. etc. It only needs to be affected by victories. Is this possible? =3 The plugin saves the amount of 'kills' that a member has and displays it in the members' profile page along with the rest of the CH stats. I can make the plugin display that in the mini-profile below the Hit Points if you like, that, I believe, is what you are after?
Originally the plugin did display a pop-up in order to write the new data to the member's key.. They had to acknowledge the pop-up which would then trigger the key to be updated. This was removed.. If a member doesn't see the pop-up and doesn't acknowledge it, the their key would not be updated, also, if a member didn't like the outcome it was possible for them to simply refresh the page, or navigate away, ignoring the pop-up and so not getting their keys update. If you want the pop-up back, I can probably do that..
Again, this was a feature with the original CH plugin, but not with this plugin. I can probably add it though, I'll take a look.
If a member dislikes the outcome of their attack and deletes their post, it will make no difference. Both keys have already been updated by then, so all they'd be doing is deleting a post. Both their HPs and the creatures life will remain the same.
Only the retreater retreats, all other members would continue with the fight.

Yes, I am looking for it to be located in the mini-profile, and I am also looking for it to be only the victories. For victories, I mean if they were posting in a creature hunt thread and that creature was killed then their victories increase, even if they weren't the one to get the "final blow." If they have not yet participated in a creature hunt thread or if they have not yet won one, then it says 0. I'd also need it to be just the number of victories, i.e. 0 or 20, with no other text in it, as I will be inserting it into a predesigned statistics table.
Ahh that is a logical reason. Thank you for explaining! :)
Oh, fantastic! That would make me able to use this plugin, which obviously would be awesome cuz it is very useful for an RPG. Thank you for looking into it!
Perfect, thank you :)

That, I'm afraid, is probably not possible. The plugin would have to keep track of all the members that have posted in the thread, and then update ALL of their keys simultaneously when the creature is killed.. The plugin already updates 2 keys at the same time, I very much doubt if PB would be happy to extend that too much further.
