I have never played with sounds in a plugin, but I'll see what I can do.. (no promises though)... I am in the middle of another request right now, but I'll get to this as soon asap. Hi Todge, Just wondering if you ever had a chance to check into this. If so and it's too involved, no biggie. If you haven't yet, no rush. You'd just mentioned that you'd look into it, so I was just wondering if you have yet. Again, thanks for all of the work you've put in, time you've invested, and how you're always helping solve problems. Can't wait to (finally) get my forum up and going so we can all play with this awesome thing you've created! Sorry for not getting back to you.. I found out that playing a sound is relatively easy, but playing it at the right time, in this plugin at least, was being a real pain, so I put it on the back-burner and promptly forgot about it. I'll give it another look, you never know, I may have a breakthrough.

I can't get it to work......
1 Plugin is installed. 2 Plugin should be properly configured 3 There are 2 creatures now 4 Boards have been assigned 5 When you create a thread and add a creature, all works fine. 6 But no matter whether it's 1 reply or a dozen, nothing happens.
I tried: Removing and addding new monsters Reinstalling the plugin Tried several test topics.... Nothing happens
Please advice! Thanks

That I will... I will also need to be able to see a creature thread that is open to guests.. I won't need to post, but I will need to be able to view the thread.

Here is the board: hooksutplace.freeforums.net/board/3/poop-deckThis is the concerning test topic:
Changed the permissions open for guests! you can create a thread there and add monsters yourself....
See screenshot, there should appear a very fluffy bunny or a big sheep!
Thanks in advance!

terraniux, and there in lies your problem. Creature HP/ Chance of a successful attack:
Enter the minimum and maximum hit points that this creature can have, followed by the chance of a successful attack.
100-200 50%
Max Reply HP/ Creature Success Rate:
If you have opted to allow the creature to reply to an attack, enter the maximum damage that this creature can inflict here, followed by the likelyhood that it will be successful.
50 80%
For the Creature HP/ Chance of a successful attack you need to enter a range for the Creature's HP to fall within, and a percentage indicating the likelihood of a successful attack.. The same goes for the Max Reply HP/ Creature Success Rate , you need to enter the liklehood that the creature will have a successful attack. The first option should be in the format 100-150 50%Where red is the HP range.. If you want the creature to have a set HP, you can have the same number.. etc 100-100And violet is the chance of being successfulSimliarly50 80%Red being the reply HP Violet being the success rate
Hopefully, once you correct that for both creatures, all should be good. Please yell if you are still having issues.

I send you a PM.

terraniux, Todge might be able to confirm this part, but I'd suggest looking at your image links. One of them is: Image links need to end with an image extension (jpg, gif, png) - the red part is, therefore, messing up your image link. Not sure if that would affect anything else in the plugin from working, which is why I tagged Todge.

It works now! Thank you so much! Now I see what I did wrong there....... the numbers where interpreted wrong by me. Thought 50% would be hp generated as half health between 100-150 or so. To everyone these are the values settings that works for (by Todge). 50-100 50% small creatures 80 50% 50-100 65% med creatures 80 60% 60-120 80% high creaters 90 70% Here: beers on me tonight: Thanks again!

Hi Todge! I have a small problem. I have several attacks and misses listed for the creature to choose from but it keeps displaying the same attack over and over even if I move its position in the lineup. Ive tested a few threads on it and it still does the same thing. Am I doing something wrong? tfanimatedforever.proboards.com/Its going to be a surprise event so I don't have the test threads up anymore, I'm testing it before i launch it.

Hi Doc Ock, as Lynx said, I will either need to see you forum, or if you prefer, you can post the settings for the creature instead..
