Settings Overview

REQUIRED FOR PLUGIN TO WORK

• Enable Widget in Widget section of your Server Settings.
• You must place <div class="discord-widget"></div> where you would like to have this widget shown. Without this code somewhere on the forum, it will not show.
  

Server ID:

This is where you paste your Server ID from the Widget section of your Server Settings.

Show Join:

Determines whether to show the Join Server button within the widget.

Alphabetical:

Determines whether the channel list will display in alphabetical order or not.

Theme:

Choose how you would like the widget to appear.

Show All Users:

Show all online users, even if they are not in a voice channel.

All Users Default State:

Sets whether the Online Users section is expanded or not by default.

Show Nicknames:

Sets whether the users' server nick name shows or not.

Where would be the best place to put this? I have the plugin for my Discord server enabled and filled out the info.

The join server button isn't working. It takes me to an error 404 page. I've verified the server ID multiple times. It's correct. Everything else on the widget works exactly as it's supposed to. What do I need to do to make this work?

Update: When I switch the "show join" to "false" to hide it while the issue is being resolved, nothing happens. It shows the button whether that switch is marked true or false...

You can place this anywhere, personally I would probably use the Sidebar Redux plugin and place it there.

Hey, man, sorry my ignorance, but i need to paste the Discord Room ID in "Server ID"? If not, what server ID i must paste in there? If yes, in what manner will i paste it? I need to paste "<div class="discord-widget"></div>" in a post? In signature will work?

It should not work in signatures as signatures use BBCODE.

You need to paste your Discord Server ID, it should be a string of numbers.

Try pasting it in your global header or footer from your admin section

Hi, I'm having a problem with this plugin, basically when i put it in the global header or anywhere it appears like this:


Just the black and blue bar. Did I do something wrong?

Did you 
Enable Widget in Widget section of your Server Settings
If thats not it, it's possible that you set it up wrong
Try tagging the author

This plugin won’t work if you don’t enable the widget; if you have it already enabled and the issue is still happening... Private message me with the details and I’ll see if I can set it up for you.

Would it be possible to have an addition that allows the discord names to be displayed Horizontally? Dislike the vertical look.

Hello! Sorry for my delayed response.

Unfortunately at the moment, I don't believe so.

There is no setting available to change the displaying of the usernames.
If this feature does become available I will update the plugin to allow the setting to be changed.

Hi. I'm having this same exact problem. Both the "join server" button and the option to turn it off don't work. Did you ever come up with a solution for it? 

The "join server" button takes me to a "null" page on my board. It's all enabled and everything. It works - other than the "join server" thing in the way, and the inability to remove that option. This is my board if you want to look at what's going on there.

I went to your forum and took a look at the issue and noticed that the linking is in-fact directing to 'null'.  The strange thing is that I just set it up on a forum I am moderating and it is working without any issues.  Could you please take a picture of your current settings for the plugin and send it to me on discord (TheSupremePatriot#4866)?
