I will be looking into joining. I am on an awakening of sorts myself so this is great!
As for OPINIONS on your forum:
It looks tremendously active at a glance, which is always positive reinforcements for new members and lurking guests who would otherwise look at a forum (any forum!) and simply pass on.
This is usually not my taste, but I actually quite like the collage in the header image space. It includes different belief systems and almost seems to welcome alternative thoughts even if there isn't a specific picture for that.
The background image is calming. I wish I could see it more, but I respect the artistic design direction.
The layout and theme isn't usually what I see on some PB forums - it's not super advanced or customized - but that is okay. I don't know why but it seems to fit for your forum. If you do choose to use a customized theme in the future, try your best to find one that still captures the feeling you have with this one now.
As someone opening my own "awakening" forum, I really admire you and yours!

I am slowly improving things here and there and really appreciate your words. I will probably stick with the theme for now until I dial it in all the way and then perhaps add additional themes in the future.
