I understand the boxes are greyed out and why they are so. However i find that from a user experience this is confusing, as evidenced by the number of people who ask why the option is there but unselectable. Greyed out options imply that there is something that needs to be done before they are available, not that they will not be available ever.
In my opinion this section could be clearer; if I recall the boxes aren't removed for aesthetic purposes, but I don't see the point in this of the option doesn't exist in the first place.
