That's why I liked Brian's. Easy peasy.
One short code and voilà, a traveling Nav Tree always available on the page. goldenbeatz.uk/ this is with brians script in my head tags in my my wrapper templates and it doesn't work

... Why do you have it in your head tags? O_o Move it into somewhere between the <body> tags instead.

it's still done the same ... on the quick reply Brian would be the best to help you with this honestly, as it's his code and I know you've got a tonne of things that could be interfering. Brian isn't back til Sunday though so you'll have to wait if you want his reply.

@joecool111 - np. from a quick glance at the console there's no obvious error (as in, it's not gone and broken anything) but there could still be a conflict based on how the code is written, as I'm certain Brian wrote it with the default template structure / minimal plugin & js usage in mind.

♥ ℒʊ√ ♥ is correct, @joecool111, it's actually (for me at any rate) down by where you have your linked keywords / above the PB links. It looks like either the code is not functioning correctly (disallowing it to be stickied) or used the wrong code and moved it to the footers instead.

Kami , Brian's code (which I also use) does not "stickey" the bar. It moves the bar from top to bottom when you reach a certain point on the page. Where the page has the quick reply, it will locate right above that. On pages without the QR, it drops to the footer.
Tumbleweed's code make the bar "stick" to the top, just like the pagination bar.

Yes.
In the thread I've referred to that contains both Brian's and Tumbleweed's code, Tumbleweed had to make several modifications in her code due to the OP's modifications on his board ~ which is why it was a tad too hard for OreoKing to follow even though it was what he wanted. A "sticky" Nav Bar.
So he chose to go with the code I use ~ Brian's code ~ which is very straightforward. But that code moves the bar.

... Why do you have it in your head tags? Move it into somewhere between the <body> tags instead. Javascript is allowed between the <head> tags. That's where I place it whenever I include it in the Forum Wrapper template. Since the code he's using has $(document).ready() in place it shouldn't affect how it functions.

Javascript is allowed between the <head> tags. That's where I place it whenever I include it in the Forum Wrapper template. Since the code he's using has $(document).ready() in place it shouldn't affect how it functions. Is there a reason then, why a lot of the javascript codes here (even those with document ready) indicate to place them outside of the <head> tags? Or is it just personal preference?
so where we at then ? i never said it had disappeared ... it's just on the quick reply atm goldenbeatz.uk/thread/272/embed-soundcloud-tracks it's moved it to the top of the quick reply if you scroll down it appears when you hover over where the quick replys suppose to be edit: it did do a minute ago .. now it's gone ... weird ha !! :) The emphasised font is why I (and ♥ ℒʊ√ ♥, likely) were under the assumption you couldn't see it.
